Using the public test build
A work in progress
The Hatchery is offered for public testing. Features, balance, artwork and availability may change as the game is developed. A test update or repair may reset or remove test progress. Please report problems through the feedback link.
Personal use and game materials
You may install and play a test build made available through an authorised testing destination. The game, artwork, music and other materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. Do not redistribute the test build or assets, or use them commercially, without permission or a right provided by law.
Test features and saves
Game saves are local to your device and are not guaranteed to transfer between platforms or devices. Some shop and rewarded-ad interactions in the current game are simulations for testing; this website does not sell game items or take game payments.
Respectful and lawful use
Use the build for its intended testing purpose. Do not use it to interfere with another person’s device, account or service, or to distribute unlawful material. Feedback is voluntary; do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing.
Availability and legal rights
A public test build may contain defects or be unavailable at times. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
